Don't touch them while they're still touching the electricity.

Switch it off at the mains or the plug if you can.

If you can't switch it off, stand on something dry that doesn't conduct electricity, like a plastic mat or a wooden box. Then push their arm or leg away with something wooden, like a broom handle.

Once they're clear, check them as you would anyone who is unresponsive, and treat any injuries.
