Shock

Treat the cause.If there's severe bleeding, deal with that first.

Lie them down.Help them lie down on their back. If they have no injury to their legs, hips or back, and it doesn't hurt, you can raise and support their legs.

Call 999.Tell them you think the person is in shock.

Keep them warm.Loosen anything tight around their neck, chest and waist. Cover them with a coat or blanket.

Reassure and monitor them.Keep checking how responsive they are.
