Don't try to get it out yourself.Don't poke at it or use tweezers. You could push it further in.

Get them seen at an emergency department or minor injuries unit.
An insect in the ear
Support their head with that ear facing up, and gently flood the ear with lukewarm water so the insect can float out. If it doesn't come out, get medical advice.
